Ingredients:
1 Cup Pineapple juice
1/2 Cup fresh pineapple, large dice
1 Cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 Cup granulated sugar
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp minced ginger
1 to 1 1/2 lbs skirt steak
Directions:
Place first 6 ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
Place skirt steaks into marinade and marinate for 1 to 2 hours
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grill grates
Remove steaks from marinade, pat dry and grill to your liking, along with the pineapple chunks.
Makes 4 servings.
