Ingredients:
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 onion, finely chopped
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 lbs. chicken tenders

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chicken and stir until smooth. Add the chicken and toss to coat well with the yogurt mixture. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
2. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and arrange the chicken tenders on top. Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Serve hot.
